Finding Your Tribe - what a good friendship looks and feels like, the importance of choosing friends who call forth your best etc.

The difference between online and real life friendships - The research that tells us that the biggest driver of happiness is spending time IN PERSON with your friends.

Deciding what you stand for - your primary school and high school legacy. How life online calls your values into question every day.

Social Media and Smartphones - Why it’s a good idea to hold off on giving kids smartphones and social media accounts until they are 13.

Online Basics - privacy settings, turning off locations services and why it’s important to curate your social media feed (follow those people who uplift and inspire you).

Consent - What does consent MEAN? She will talk about sharing images without someone else’s permission. She will also share some stories from her life and the lives of her (well known) friends when their photos have been stolen and sold to the newspaper!

Family Internet Agreements - Some household “rules” to get you started.

Riverbend Books will be selling some of Rebecca’s books on the night.
