Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program

Children around the country are getting their hands dirty and learning how to grow, harvest, prepare and share fresh, seasonal food.

The Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program began in 2001, and has since steadily and successfully been rolled out in 139 primary schools across all states and territories of Australia.

Bulimba State School is the SAKGP Queensland Demonstration School.

Bulimba State School offers the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program to all students in Years 3-6.
