The Support Teacher Learning Potential plans and supports the whole support assessment, intervention programs and planning for individual students to achieve their potential.
Programs include Brigance Screening, ELF (Early Literacy Foundation), Multi-Lit, PAL (Phonological Awareness Literacy), Reading Links, LEXIA, Literacy Support and Numeracy Support.
Teacher aides assist with delivery of components in the program under the supervision of the Support Teacher.
Learning Potential includes students requiring support with class programs and students requiring extra extension and support.
Students are referred through the SWAT process by the class teacher.
